Custom OEM Products

In addition to our own standard product lines, we develop custom communications interfaces for integration into other products. These products include motor drives and controllers, valve actuators, scales, water savers, smart motors and robot controllers. We tailor the product interface to the product itself, using whatever technology is available for control and monitoring of the product. We have experience with several interface technologies, including serial and parallel interfaces, CAN, SPI, I2C, Dual Port RAM, Dual FIFO and USB.

We specialize in creating communications interfaces to industrial networks, including DeviceNet (CAN), Modbus, Modbus Plus, Modbus/TCP, Ethernet/IP, Profibus DP, BACnet MS/TP and many other protocols for PLCs, Motor Drives and other industrial networks and devices.

Though our emphasis is on embedded systems, we also develop Windows based application software and drivers to complement those systems. Driver software is used to facilitate access to our PCI, PCI Express, PC/104 and USB interface products. Configuration software allows users to create and maintain custom configurations for our gateway and interface products, and update the firmware on those products.
